Description VITICULTURE Domaine des Carabiniers in Roquemaure, near Avignon has used organic viticulture since 1977 and is now certified 100% biodynamic. This approach, along with its use of traditional methods and an intense passion for winemaking has enabled it to produce some of the best wines of the region. WINEMAKING Harvested at night to prevent oxidation and keep the freshness of the aromas and, fermented with natural yeasts. OAK TREATMENT None. TASTING NOTE Aromas of white flowers and apricot. Medium bodied with good length and light woody tannins. FOOD MATCHING Asian, Spicy, Fish/Shellfish, Salads and Picnics.
