Known for its butterscotch and toffee notes. Made using a blend of 3 herefordshire apples – dabinett, yarlington mill and stoke red, grown in the best cider fruit terroir in the world. This cider is produced with a very non interventionist approach where the apple is at the centre of production and the flavour.
