Disfrutando 0,0 Rosado Espumoso is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine (0.0% vol.) produced in Spain by Bodegas Juan Gil, generally made from Tempranillo grapes. It is vinified in a traditional manner, then dealcoholized and subjected to controlled carbonation in stainless-steel tanks, with no barrel aging, in order to preserve its fruity expression. In a Brut style, it displays an attractive pale pink color with fine bubbles; on the nose it offers aromas of fresh red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, with light floral notes. On the palate it is fresh, light, and well balanced, with moderate acidity, a gentle mousse, and a clean, dry finish.
