It presents complex aromas of toast, roasted apple, cinnamon, honey, coconut, and bread, and on the palate, it is long, balanced, and delicate.Cavas Hill winery is one of the most traditional in the Penedès region, with roots dating back to the late 19th century. It was officially founded in 1887 in Moja (Alt Penedès, Barcelona).
