The Anna de Codorníu Blanc de Noirs is a cava made only with Pinot Noir, a red grape vinified in white that provides character and elegance. After a minimum aging of 9 months on lees, it has a pale yellow color with golden reflections and fine, persistent bubbles. It offers white and stone fruit (peach, nectarine), subtle hints of red berries, citrus notes and hints of pastry.
