General questions

Do you offer samples?

Unfortunately we don’t offer samples at this time. However, most of our products come with low minimum order requirements.


Placing an order

Ordering through Dazzling Daisies is quick and easy! Most items can be personalized. Select the desired design and quantity and fill out all required fields. Add the item to your cart using the ADD TO CART button. Need to make any changes? No problem! You’re able to edit each product from the cart as well. Once you’re happy with your custom design, you can continue to checkout using the Proceed to checkout button.


Will I be able to see a proof?

A lot of our products come with a live preview function where colors and custom text update automatically. If the particular product does not offer a live preview, we recommend you check the specific product to see if a proof is included.


Accepted payment methods

Dazzling Daisies accepts all major credit cards. We also accept payments via Paypal, GooglePay, ApplePay and AmazonPay. At this time, we cannot accept paper checks.


Do you charge sales tax?

Dazzling Daisies collects sales tax in accordance to state laws.


My personalization has been printed incorrectly. What do I do?

Please contact us asap. We reprint your order at no charge if the error was on our side. We reprint the order for 50% of the original cost plus shipping if the error was on the buyer’s side.

When will I receive my order?

We are proud to say that we have a superfast turnaround time. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours. For a general guideline, please take a look at our Shipping policy.


Shipping options

We offer flat rate shipping within the US. You may choose Ground, Priority or Express shipping.
For international orders shipping rates are based on the weight of the package. Feel free to take a look at all our shipping rates.


Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes. When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.


What is your return policy?

All information about returns and refunds can be found on our Return policy page.


What do I do if my order is damaged, defective or if products are missing?

All claims for damaged, defective or missing items must be filed with Dazzling Daisies within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email our customer service and attach a photo of the affected product so we can file a claim with USPS and start solving the issue for you.
Dazzling Daisies is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. However, we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party. Please keep all products in their original packaging until the claim is settled.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Dazzling Daisies ships to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland through UPS and USPS International shipping with tracking.


How much does international shipping cost?

Shipping cost depend on the weight of the package and its destination. The available shipping options to your location and applicable shipping rates are shown on the cart page. Or take a look at all international shipping rates.


Are duties, taxes and brokerage fees included?

Your order total does not include any duties (customs fees), taxes, brokerage fees and/or import fees. Dazzling Daisies is not responsible for the payment of any of these. These costs vary per country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Size & material questions

What is the right size tag or sticker for my needs?

This is a very important question. You want to be certain that your tag or sticker fits your favor jar, container or bag. The best way to determine which size will fit well is to cut out the size/shape on a piece of paper. All products show the dimensions on the product page.


Are your stickers waterproof?

Our polyester labels/stickers are waterproof. They are good for humid settings, can be immersed underwater and even withstand several trips through the dishwasher (top rack recommended).


Do you offer custom sizes and shapes?

At this time we don’t offer custom sizes and shapes.


What does the back of your tags look like?

The backside of our hang tags is blank.


What cardstock choices are available?

We offer different cardstock colors and different cardstock weights. For our tags we use smooth white, smooth ivory and brown kraft cardstock with a weight of 80 lbs. For our cards we use smooth white cardstock with a weight of 110 lbs.
